Affiliate Terms

These terms apply to anyone who is given a Sealed Peptides referral code or link (an “Affiliate”). By promoting Sealed Peptides or using your code you agree to them. Sealed Peptides sells materials for laboratory research use only, and everything you publish about us must reflect that.

1. How referrals and commission work

  • Each Affiliate gets a personal code. A customer can type it at checkout, or arrive through a link ending in ?ref=YOURCODE, which is remembered in the customer’s browser for 30 days.
  • A referral code never changes the customer’s price. It only credits the Affiliate.
  • Commission is 10% (unless your approval message states a different rate) of the order’s net merchandise subtotal: the item total after any discount, before shipping. It is earned once the order’s payment has been confirmed. Cancelled orders earn nothing.
  • You cannot earn commission on your own orders or on orders placed under your own email address.
  • Payouts are made manually, on a schedule we choose, by a method we agree with you. We may require a completed tax form before paying. You are responsible for your own taxes.
  • Nothing here guarantees any income. Referrals may produce no orders.

2. Research use only

Every statement, post, video, page or message that mentions Sealed Peptides must keep the research-use-only position clear: products are sold for laboratory research use only, are not drugs, foods or supplements, and are not for human or veterinary use. Customers must be 21 or older.

3. What you must not say or imply

  • Any claim that a product can be used by or on people or animals, including amounts, frequency or methods of use.
  • Any health, medical, therapeutic, cosmetic, weight, performance or “results” claim, including personal stories, before-and-after material or testimonials that suggest an effect.
  • Any statement that a product is approved, cleared, certified or tested by any agency or third party, or any other claim about quality that we have not published ourselves.
  • Comparisons to prescription medicines, or suggestions that a product is a substitute for medical care.
  • Fake or incentivised reviews, invented testimonials, fake accounts, or impersonating Sealed Peptides or its staff.
  • Content aimed at or likely to reach people under 21.

4. Disclose that you are an Affiliate

US law (the FTC Endorsement Guides) requires a clear and conspicuous disclosure of your relationship with us wherever you recommend Sealed Peptides or share your code or link. Put it next to the recommendation, in plain words such as “I earn a commission if you order with my code,” in the same format as the recommendation itself (for example spoken in a video, not only written in a description). “#ad”, “#affiliate” or a link buried in a bio is not enough on its own.

5. Conduct

  • No spam: no unsolicited bulk email, text messages or direct messages, and no posting your code in places where promotion is not allowed.
  • Follow the rules of every platform you use, and all laws that apply to you.
  • Do not buy ads or register domains, handles or pages that use the Sealed Peptides name in a way that could mislead people into thinking you are us.

6. Termination and withheld commission

We may change these terms, or disable your code and end your participation, at any time. If you break these terms we may withhold unpaid commission and may reverse commission already earned on orders connected to the violation. We decide in good faith and will tell you by email.
