Payment options: credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover; Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports it), processed securely by Square, or Zelle. A card is charged when you place the order and you get an email confirmation. Card details go directly to Square and never reach our server. If you choose Zelle, you will see Zelle instructions and receive an email with your order number. Send the payment with your order number in the memo, and your order ships within 1 business day after we confirm payment.

Orders can be modified or cancelled before payment is confirmed. After payment is confirmed, the order enters our fulfillment pipeline and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at support@sealedpeptides.com if you need to make a change.

Yes. A confirmation email with your order number (and, for Zelle orders, the payment instructions) is sent to the address you provide immediately after your order is placed. If you do not see it within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

No minimum order quantity is required. You may purchase a single vial or multiple units per order.

Yes. When you choose Local pickup at checkout you can pick "Cash at pickup". Your order is held for you, we email you to arrange an appointment, and you pay the exact amount in cash at the appointment (we do not give change). The Zelle discount does not apply to cash. Cash is only for local pickup, not for shipped orders.

Enter the code in the Promo code box at checkout and tap Apply. Codes are not case-sensitive. A promo code cannot be combined with other discounts: applying it replaces volume pricing, the first-order discount, rewards points and the Zelle discount, so use whichever saves you more (you can remove the code). Shipping is not discounted, and free shipping is based on your subtotal before the code.

Yes. Pay with Zelle and save 5%. At checkout choose Zelle and 5% comes off your product subtotal (after any volume or first-order discount and rewards credit). Shipping is not discounted, and free shipping is decided before the Zelle discount, so it never costs you free shipping. Card payments are charged the regular price.

Most orders ship within 1 business day of payment confirmation when in stock (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Standard orders ship by USPS Priority Mail. Where they are offered at checkout you can instead choose UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air for an added flat rate. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. We are evaluating select international markets and will announce availability when ready.

All lyophilized peptides are shipped in sealed, labeled vials inside discreet packaging with no external branding indicating the contents.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. It includes a link to the carrier's tracking page (USPS, or UPS for UPS orders). You can also check an order any time on the Track an order page with your order number and email; no account is needed.

At checkout you can choose UPS 2nd Day Air ($25.00, a 2-business-day UPS service) or UPS Next Day Air ($65.00, a next-business-day UPS service) instead of USPS Priority Mail. These are flat rates and are not covered by free shipping. Your order ships once it is paid and packed; delivery times are UPS estimates and are not guaranteed, and we do not promise same-day shipping or a cutoff time. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Yes, in the Flint, Michigan area, by appointment only. Choose "Local pickup (by appointment only)" at checkout: shipping is $0 and you pay as usual. Your order stays pending until payment is confirmed, then we email you to arrange an appointment. The pickup address and time are only given after we confirm the appointment by email. You must be 21 or older, and all products are for laboratory research use only.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C in a sealed, dry environment away from light. Once reconstituted, store at 4°C and use within the timeframe specified on the product label. Do not freeze reconstituted solutions.

Lyophilized peptides stored correctly at -20°C are generally expected to remain stable for an extended period, and reconstituted solutions should be used within 30 days when stored at 4°C. Stability depends on the compound; refer to individual product specifications and your institutional SOP.

Yes. Retatrutide is available at /products/retatrutide in 10, 30, 60, and 100 mg sizes. The compound is supplied for laboratory research use only, with a stated purity target of ≥99%.

Yes. Tirzepatide is available at /products/tirzepatide in 60 and 120 mg sizes. The compound is supplied for laboratory research use only, with a stated purity target of ≥99%.

Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns on opened or used products and we do not issue refunds. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, or your package is lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the carrier, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no charge.

Our compounds are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory and research purposes and are legal to purchase in the United States for that use. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations before ordering.
