Order Fulfillment
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Geographic Coverage
We currently ship to US domestic addresses only, including all 50 states and US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time. APO/FPO/DPO addresses may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis — contact us before ordering.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no reference to Sealed Peptides or the nature of the contents on the exterior. Vials are individually sealed and cushioned to prevent breakage during transit. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at ambient temperature for shipping and do not require cold-chain logistics for transit periods under 7 days.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at support@sealedpeptides.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
All products sold by Sealed Peptides are for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use. Purchasers are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
