No Returns on Research Compounds
Due to the nature of research-grade peptides and the strict handling requirements they demand, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped.
Why We Cannot Accept Returns
Research peptides are sensitive to storage conditions. Once a shipment leaves our facility we cannot verify that storage conditions have been maintained, making resale or reuse unsafe and scientifically invalid.
Research-use-only compounds cannot be restocked once they have left our control. Accepting returned product would compromise the integrity of our inventory.
Returned compounds cannot be restocked once opened or shipped, because their handling and storage cannot be verified.
Exceptions
We will issue a replacement in the following circumstances:
- Your order arrives visibly damaged in transit.
- You receive the wrong product or quantity.
- A product defect is confirmed by our support team.
- Your package is lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the carrier.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos.
