Returns Policy
Due to the sensitive and regulated nature of research-grade peptides, all sales made through Sealed Peptides are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened research compounds.
Why We Cannot Accept Returns
Product Integrity
Research peptides are temperature-sensitive and require strict cold-chain handling. Once a shipment leaves our facility we cannot verify that storage conditions have been maintained, making resale or reuse unsafe and scientifically invalid.
Regulatory Compliance
Research-grade compounds are subject to strict handling and chain-of-custody requirements. Accepting returned product would compromise our compliance obligations and the integrity of our quality-assurance program.
Research Use Only
All products are sold exclusively for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes. Because they are not intended for human consumption, standard consumer return protections that apply to retail goods do not apply to these products.
Exceptions — Replacements We Will Honor
We will arrange a no-charge replacement within 7 days of delivery confirmation in the following circumstances. Photo evidence and your order number are required:
- Your order arrived visibly damaged or with a broken seal.
- You received the wrong product due to a fulfillment error on our part.
- Your order was lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the carrier.
To initiate a replacement claim, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. Claims submitted outside this window cannot be considered.
